• To start your celebrant-led ceremony process, just give me call or drop me an email, I would love to hear from you.  You can make your initial contact by using : info@karenmulcahycelebrant.com, or any of the options available throughout my website.
• The next step will be our very first chat, either by phone or video-call, where you can tell me more about the plans for your event and of course ask any questions you have about a celebrant-led ceremony. This is the chemistry chat - so you can get a real feel for whether you have found your ideal celebrant for your special occasion.
• If you are happy and want to go ahead and book with me, then it gets really exciting (well I know it does for me!).  You will receive a copy of the terms and conditions.  A £250 non-refundable deposit is required to book your chosen date which is firmly in the calendar. You will receive a questionnaire for you both to fill in which you can let me know all about your exciting plans so far. On return of this we can then arrange a planning meeting in person!  This can take place at your venue, over coffee somewhere or at your home. This would ideally be at least 3-4 months before your ceremony, or sooner if you prefer or time allows.     At this planning meeting we can get to know each other, go through all of the details and chat about the things you would like to include in your ceremony, and I can get an idea of your style and vibe of your ceremony.
• Once I have received your questionnaire, I will be able to start building your ceremony with the elements just they way you would like it.
• We will get together and hold a wedding ceremony workshop to enable us to collaborate and have the opportunity get to know more about your wedding vibe, the ceremony details and any other important elements to consider. 
• If you would like to see it before your day I will send you a first draft of your ceremony. At this point we can a make any changes or amendments and include anything extra you may have thought of and make sure your wedding script is just how you like it, getting it exactly right and truly reflecting you or your family. I will always be available on the end of a text or phone call.
• We can arrange a rehearsal if you wish, possibly a few weeks ahead, and make any last changes or additions you want. We can walk through the logistics and make any changes at this point.  This will put you both at ease ahead of your big day knowing everything is taken care of and you can relax, and enjoy!  Please note there are no additional charges - it's all included in your package.
• On the day I will arrive at least an hour before your ceremony scheduled start time, with everything set up. I can visit with you beforehand - I am always available to offer reassurance for those last minute nerves.
• I will provide you with a printed keepsake copy of your ceremony script, including your vows, readings, poems or songs you may have included, and a keepsake ceremony certificate.

LEGALLY WEDDED PROCESS

Celebrants in England and Wales are not recognised by law (well not yet!). You will need to go to your local registry office to do your legal part of your marriage. But you can withhold your vows and rings and save the them for your bespoke wedding ceremony with me!

Script only : £550 This package includes all of the above with exception to my attendance on the day. 

Master Of Ceremony : £200  This includes all you will need to move smoothly from the ceremony to the evening event.

Please note - Additional charges for all ceremonies:  Travelling expenses to locations further than 50 miles of Finedon, Northamptonshire, and accommodation charges, if necessary, which will be agreed upon with you in advance.  Additional fees will also be charged for equipment such as hand fasting ribbons or sand ceremony items, by prior agreement.

 Vow Renewal Package

 (requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit or the full fee to secure your date)
